I recently purchased Ras Malai from Balaji Sweets in Sector 5, Gurgaon, and was thoroughly disappointed with the experience. The Ras Malai was sour, clearly rotten, emitting a foul smell that indicated it was old and unfit for consumption. The texture was off, and the taste was far from the fresh, creamy quality one expects from this dessert. It’s unacceptable for a reputed sweet shop to serve such poor-quality products, especially without proper checks on freshness. This not only ruined my experience but also raised concerns about their hygiene and quality control standards.
