The food was terribly packed, plastic bags just tied up. In these covid times, their packing should be so flawless because home delivery is used the most right now. But Balaji bhel doesn't care much, the food packets weren't even sealed, anyone could easily open the packet and tie it back and a customer wouldn't even get to know. In terms of hygiene I'll give them a minus rating coz I found an ant in one of the dishes, I wonder what other insects would've been there, I threw the whole parcel away. In times like these, I would definitely not recommend this place. They don't seem to care about their business or customers. Please don't order from this place!
