Extremely disappointing experience! The client servicing was pathetic. I was told that the icings were not stain-proof but was never informed that they could cause permanent stains on skin and clothes. To make things worse, I developed a skin infection because of it. The person even insisted I go for a lighter colour to make it “cheaper,” without mentioning that it could permanently stain fabric or skin. When I tried to raise my concern later, they got defensive and told me it was my fault for ordering the cake I preferred. If that’s how you treat your customers, then yes—it was my mistake to have placed the order with you. Service: 1
