I recently placed an order on Zomato from New York to send a Rakhi hamper to my brother in Gandhinagar. The standard hamper included one Rakhi, but I wanted to add three more. I reached out and spoke with Ankita, who went above and beyond to help me. She not only understood my request but personally arranged to purchase the extra Rakhis and ensured they were sent along with the hamper. Her kindness and willingness to go the extra mile made the whole experience incredibly special. I truly appreciate the excellent service and personal touch.
