Absolutely unacceptable experience at Bacchus Inn, Manipal. Despite visiting once or twice every week, we are repeatedly denied seating with the same excuse: “reserved,” even when the place is visibly not full. The worst part is the attitude of the Supervisor Karunakara Shetty and Manager Sudeep Shetty. When we said we are regular customers, we were bluntly told it doesn’t matter even if you don’t come. This level of arrogance and disrespect towards customers is shocking. Zero professionalism, zero courtesy, and terrible customer handling. Loyal customers are clearly not valued here. Completely disappointed.
