“Babylon Capital in Raipur has a great location, but overall, the experience does not justify the high prices. The staff is not very responsive, which affects the service quality. So, they handed me a key to a room, and guess what? Totally occupied! Not the best welcome, right? Then I had to cool my heels for half an hour, waiting for another room. Seriously, not a great start to the stay. Thirty minutes is a long time to just stand around. Makes you wonder how that even happens. Hopefully, the new room was at least decent. Service: 1

A wonderful stay with exceptional service! The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, the rooms were spotless and comfortable, and the location was perfect for exploring the city. We would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Raipur. It's near the airport. Service: 5
