Ate at BYOB not too long ago. Their funda is pretty straightforward - 'Juicy sumptuous filling burgers, with patties the circumference of the bun'. And it sure did live up to it. First, we ordered two starters (yes, vegetarian too) - Cheese Bombs and their chicken wings, aptly named 'Bye Bye Birdie'. 6 cheese bombs arrived with a lovely dip. Crunchy, and cheesy in the centre. The chicken wings were delightful too. The sauce is made in-house - a combination of the essential barbecue sauce and some other secret ingredients. For 159 and 189 bucks respectively, the quantities were pretty good. Next up, their burgers - We decided to go with a vegetarian Cottage House Mafia, and the new introduction on their burgers menu - Crazy Mother Clucker. The burgers, as I described earlier were real juicy, and patties the size of the buns. The owners believe a burger's quality depends on how juicy and how large the patty is. Absolutely no disappointment on these fronts. The Cottage House Mafia is unique in the sense it doesn't exactly consist of a patty, but a flour based in-house preparation (similar to the outers of a spring roll). This was filled with generous helpings of paneer, schezwan over a layer of khim-chi. The bites are crunchy and delicious. The winner of the day was the Crazy Mother Clucker. Perfectly made burger, with a juicy patty, made up of herbed minced chicken. This was compounded with smoked salami, a fried egg and oozing cheese. This one definitely hit the right nerves in the tummy, and at 230 bucks is a steal for pure indulgence. Next time, I am here, will try out the Fire in the hole, supposedly the spiciest burger in town. Let's see if I am a match to this burger! This place is a sureshot recommendation for burger lovers around the Andheri area! Service: Dine in Meal type: Lunch Food: 5
