Today we visited B&B Restaurant and ordered crispy fried chicken, burger, and French fries. Unfortunately, the chicken served was not properly cooked — it had visible red/blood-like spots inside. Because of this, my 5-year-old daughter, my mom, and I all felt sick, and my daughter even had severe vomiting at night. This is very disappointing and unsafe. The restaurant should ensure that all chicken items are properly cooked and hygienically prepared before serving. Such negligence can cause serious food poisoning, especially in children. Please take this feedback seriously and improve your food safety standards. Meal type: Dinner Price per person: ₹600–800 Food: 1 Service: 1

UTTERLY HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!! I was a frequent customer of BnB until they decided to completely ruin the experience as well as relationship with me As per the menu item's description on Zomato, I was supposed to receive burger with crispy chicken filet with emphasis on FILET. Not only was I not given that in any of the 4 burgers I ordered, there are things I want to share from a really terrible experience I went through - - When I called the restaurant, the manager Deepak asked me to just be okay with it because apparently it's still "worth the value I paid" - he did admit that the mistake has been made from there and but did not attempt to rectify it and instead ask me to pursue the owner by calling them - he ask me specifically to not put any negative reviews because it will not "benefit" me I had the same experience eating at their nucleus Mall outlet but this was the second and final chance I give to them where they have at early disappointed me.
