ordered food from train through irctc app, they intentionally delivered wrong items on train . i got to khow when i talked to the owner who was very rude and told that due to unavailability of my items ordered he delivered wrong items and didn't even refunded the difference amount though he could have not accepted the order and we could order from any other restaurant , even irctc food ordering apps did't make a response
