We ordered Manchurian Fried Rice and Momos from Berco’s (Gaur City Mall), and it was a disastrous experience. There was a stone inside the momos, and shockingly, we even found a cockroach in the fried rice. Both dishes tasted stale and not fresh, something felt off right from the start. This was completely unacceptable and unhygienic, and it made us feel sick. I strongly urge the management to look into the hygiene and food safety standards immediately to ensure no one else goes through such an awful experience. Every time we crave to eat chinese yhe first name comes to our mind is Bercos. Especially Bercos, Gaur city mall. We are regular over there. Their ambience and hospitality both are great. Yesterday we ordered from home. We enjoyed it very much. The packing was great. Food was hot when we got it. Every food is enjoyable from the menu. Taste of food is at its best. From last 2yrs we are enjoying their food. Maintaining the taste is appreciable. Good job Bercos Gaut city team. Keep it up.
