Stopped by Banaful Dhaba, Malda during a journey, and it turned out to be a pretty good experience overall. The food was tasty and freshly prepared, especially the local dishes which had a nice authentic flavor. Portion size was decent and filling. The service was fairly quick, and the staff were polite and cooperative. The ambience is simple—typical highway dhaba style—but comfortable enough for a short break. Cleanliness was okay, though it can be improved a bit, especially during rush hours.
