We had a disappointing experience with the Azula food and services, especially the prawns tempura. One of the dishes came with a piece of hair in it see the pic please, just to let you guys how bad was the experience, and although they changed it, the server didn’t offer an apology or acknowledge the mistake. The service was terribly poor, and the food quality didn’t justify the high prices. Overall, it was a bad experience, and we left feeling unsatisfied. I would rate this place 3/10. The atmosphere, food and service were all wonderful, at Azula - Asian Kitchen & Bar. The service was impeccable, and the staff (especially Hemant) were incredibly cooperative and helpful. We felt warmly welcomed from the moment we walked in until the moment we left. Overall, a delightful experience that I would highly recommend to anyone. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
