I had a very bad experience at this restaurant. Despite clearly mentioning multiple times that I wanted only vegetarian food, they served me non-veg. My wife even had the food unknowingly. This is completely unacceptable.What was even more disappointing was the manager’s careless attitude — no proper apology, no concern, and no courtesy. I asked to cancel the order and chose to pay only for the soup that was first served, yet there was no basic politeness to even request us to stay or offer to waive the charge.The wait time was almost 30 minutes just for soup, which added to the frustration.I’ve visited this place several times before and even organized kitty parties here, but after this experience, I’ll never return. Extremely poor service and attitude from a restaurant I once liked.

We ordered a cookies and cream pastry for my 3-year-old child, and to our shock, the pastry was completely stale and inedible. This is absolutely unacceptable, especially when serving food meant for kids. It clearly shows a lack of quality control and care. Serving stale items not only ruins the experience but also raises serious concerns about hygiene and safety. I would strongly advise the restaurant to take responsibility and ensure that such negligence does not happen again.

It's a nice, comfortable cafe where you can sit, enjoy food and work. Service was a bit slow, other than that everything was great. One more thing you may avoid their Aurum 24 special vegetarian Ramen.
