Ordered 3 full plates of chicken biryani via Zomato and received only chicken necks and bones. No proper chicken pieces at all! When I called the restaurant to raise this issue, they rudely told me to “complain to the platform, not us.” No apology, no solution—just blame-shifting. Totally unprofessional and disappointing. Today i ordered butter chicken and tandoori roti.. and i got these rotis.. it's so disgusting... Do you guys think this food is eatable??
