Food delivery is a big plus of this restaurant. You will be served nicely cooked tandoori chicken, chicken skewers and tandoori kebabs. Guests don't highly appreciate bitter at Arsalan Restaurant & Caterer. The accommodating staff welcomes people all year round. Spectacular service is something visitors like here. As users mention, high prices might disappoint you a little. There is a calm atmosphere and lovely decor at this place. As for the Google rating, this spot got 4.

I had a really disappointing experience. The prawn tandoori served to us was spoiled, and to make things worse, I actually found a strand of hair in my biryani. On top of that, the waiting time was frustrating — almost an hour for the tandoors and another 45 minutes for the biryani. The service was slow and unprofessional, and the food quality was far below expectations. Overall, the experience left a bad taste, both literally and figuratively. Service: 4/10 Price per person: ₹2,000+ Food: 1 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 3

Very very disappointed with the pricing.... Food is not even sufficient for one person... Specially biryani... They charges very high amount for every single item which is absolutely disgusting and rubbish.... Not only biryani, When your are dining in and ordering a glass of lassi then you have to pay the cost of 900/- for it without GST, which is more than high I think.... All dishes are more than high price tag with low Quantity. I think if you have hard earn money and wanted to dinning out please go some other renowned restaurants... This is exactly serving less changing high... Definately not worth the hype Food: 2 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 3

My early experience was very good. But recently im disappointed. Im oftenly ordered here chickenroll. But last few orders i noticed they used much more oily parathas. Parathas and stuffings are very good but using excessing oils for frying, its not so easy to eat. Roll wraps with brown papers, the papers are also fails to absorb oils, so much oily. Please see this and work out a solution.
