However, after thoroughly checking the order received from Zomato, we found that the instructions were not included with the request. It appears to be a technical glitch on Zomato’s platform, and we’ve already reported this issue to them for further investigation.Despite explaining this situation to you in detail, we’re truly disappointed that our genuine efforts to clarify were not accepted and instead resulted in a negative and misleading review. Additionally, we must clarify that the image you posted clearly shows the cake in perfect condition, contradicting your claim of improper handling.We were also informed by the Zomato delivery partner that he was mistreated during the delivery process. As a responsible business, we do not support any form of disrespect towards our delivery partners or team members who work hard to provide good service.We welcome constructive feedback, but intentionally spreading false or damaging remarks not only affects our reputation but also undermines the honest efforts of brands like ours.That said, we remain committed to serving our customers with integrity and warmth.
