I think big hotel good interior best service good atmosphere but worst experience at this hotel worst service, taste is not good, servers are not responding neatly and fully attitude , no clean . Am Not recommended , u go this hotel waste off money,time. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2

I would've given zero star if it was an option, absolutely worst service. The hotel is near bus stand and we had a bus in one hour so we went to this hotel to have dinner but the order didn't even arrived even after waiting for half an hour and yet when we asked the waiter he didn't even responded and after 15 minutes he came again asking for what we want to eat and we told that we were waiting for 45 mins and he was like "If u want to eat then order or else u can leave" like what the hell is this behaviour and the manager is the biggest piece of u know what I'm trying to tell PLEASE KINDLY AVOID THIS RESTAURANT. Please don’t visit to this hotel if you really have some other choice. It’s a Zero star rating * COCKROACHES are walking on the sitting sofa in dine in section * there is No hygiene is maintained * There is NO Cleanliness * There is NO good response from Staffs * There is NO well maintained washroom & Hand basin * There is NO lock for the washrooms. Also there is No cost friendly food. Money is not worth for food You can visit to downstairs self service section if u r that much needy of food.
