I had ordered Rumali Plate Shawarma, the packing was so poor and they haven't added the Sauce or Salad which are provided along with this, such a bad service and before this, one time I had received the same with Salad but seem to be spoiled. Extremely disappointing experience. I ordered a plate shawarma and half shawai from Arbi Cafe, and what I received was nowhere close to what was promised. The so-called plate shawarma wasn’t even the portion size of a regular shawarma roll. The “half shawai” looked more like a quarter piece and was completely cold and the insides of chicken started to rot and there was a foul smell. despite the order being delivered in under 18 minutes. On top of that, the portion size was pathetic and all the sides were missing. This feels misleading and unacceptable for the price charged. Definitely not ordering again unless quality, quantity, and accuracy improve drastically. Price per person: ₹400–600 Food: 1
