The delivery person was very rough ,very bad behaviour and he bought one extra non delivery person with him and was not ending the delivery order ,I request the apsara icecream cream and Zomato team to send a decent delivery person ,this type of delivery boys are danger ,I was afraid by his behaviour and was feeling unsafe to receive the order ,please check this guy zomato and apsara team ,this delivery man is not safe ,very bad and fearful experience..

No doubt in the taste of apsara ice creams but this particular store had a very rude lady on the cash counter when we visited. We were only customer and before we started giving the final order , she had already started billing by just listening to our conversation and when we asked that we want to redeem the points, she said you should have told that before I started punching in the order! That too before any payment was made!! When we tried to tell her she raised her voice and became agitated. We decided it's pointless to talk to this lady so just made the payment and got out of there. Food: 5 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1 Service: Takeaway
