I have fond memories of the Apsara Hotel from my childhood in the 90s. The restaurant was established near the BSNL, close to Cherthala town, and that area is still known as Apsara Junction later they shifted to the place where it is today. During a trip to Kollam many years later(early June 2024), I had the opportunity to have breakfast at the Apsara restaurant. We enjoyed puttu, idiyappam, dosa, and egg curry. One thing that stands out about Apsara is their cleanliness and cozy atmosphere. They consistently provide excellent service and decent food.
