Very disappointing experience. In my visit, the service was extremely poor and unorganized. The staff behavior felt rude and inappropriate, and there was no proper attention given to customers. For every small thing, we had to go to the counter ourselves instead of being assisted properly. It completely ruined the dining experience. I hope the management seriously works on improving customer service and staff professionalism. Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Very late order preparation. Even if low crowd preparation taking long. And then taste is very avg. not worth waiting for that long Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Very poor services. Food service time was almost 40-45 mins after confirming the order. The repeat order was terribly delayed, it was served almost 55 mins after order. Another terrible experience was with the prepaid card. We were 16 people, we initially paid via paytm, on which they denied giving the refund.

Service was also not quite impressive, cutlery was not served with the food, after asking couple of times then they provided the bowl and other cutlery.

In all wasn't very pleasing experience and BIG NO when it would comes to recommendation.
