Today I purchased a cake from your patisserie for my daughter’s birthday celebration at her kindergarten. I chose your place because of the excellent reputation of your hotel and expected a high-quality cake that would bring joy to the children. Unfortunately, the cake turned out to be extremely disappointing. It had an unpleasant taste and none of the children or adults wanted to eat it. As a result, the birthday girl was very upset, and what should have been a happy and memorable moment turned into a big disappointment. I believe that a hotel of your standard should ensure the quality of its products, especially when it comes to something as special as a child’s birthday cake. I kindly ask you to review this matter, as the experience we had does not reflect the reputation your establishment is known for. I hope you take this feedback seriously and improve the quality of your cakes so that future customers will not face the same situation. Food: 1 Price per person: ₹2,000+
