Excellent food, service, family-friendly ambience, and great valueMy family and I have visited the Anjalis six times. It was recently recommended by two of my friends who are regular customers of the Anjalis during their frequent visit to Guruvayur, and they were right!I have been visiting Guruvayur for over 10 years, have been to many other restaurants in the area, and now I can definitely say that Anjalis is the best vegetarian restaurant we have ever been to in Guruvayur. It is now a firm favorite with us every time we visit Guruvayur.It is a smallish restaurant that seats about 40-50 diners, and is situated just off the temple pond (northeast side of the temple), and is the closest restaurant to the temple.During our visit last week, the restaurant was almost full, but still we had no long waits. Had a super attentive server who was very knowledgeable about the menu, and we were able to customize the food to our taste. To highlight, they also offer food that fits the requirements of diabetic people. The food was fresh, and we were also very happy with the serving sizes.The pricing is very fair for the quality of the food and services that we got.In addition, the restaurant is Super clean, Well-managed, the atmosphere was very FAMILY-FRIENDLY, and there is also on-site parking available.Overall, we had very good experience each time we were in Anjalis. Would highly recommend.
