A disappointing experience I had during my recent visit to your restaurant ANGAAR RESTAURANT. I had placed an order and clearly requested to dine in. While I was waiting outside, instead of being invited to come in and have my meal, the staff member at the counter, named Suraj/Cashier, handed over the food packed in a polythene bag as a takeaway without any communication and I give 0 out of 5, also when asked to handover the tissue, the same guy named SURAJ/Cashier redireted us to pickup the tissue by ourselves. This reflects a lack of basic customer service and awareness about how guests should be treate. Anyone visiting to the same restaurant make sure you get the service for what you have paid. Angaar, often found tucked away in busy Bangalore neighborhoods, is not about lavish fine dining; it's about a straightforward, intensely flavourful experience that caters directly to the North Indian and Mughlai food lover. If you're looking for smoky kebabs and rich, authentic curries, this is your spot. The menu at Angaar is a testament to the Tandoor, and it's here that the restaurant truly shines. The atmosphere at Angaar is typically casual and functional. You're here for the food, and the setup reflects that—it's usually busy, fast-paced, and smells wonderfully of spices and charcoal. Angaar is highly recommended for anyone craving genuine, smoky North Indian flavors. It’s an unpretentious establishment where the focus is firmly on the plate. Go with an appetite, order the kebabs, and prepare for a wonderfully satisfying meal. One of Angaar's biggest selling points is its exceptional value for money.
