We had a very disappointing experience. We specifically ordered vegetarian starters, but were shockingly served non-vegetarian food while being told it was veg. When we pointed it out, the manager was completely unresponsive and dismissive of our concern. This is a serious issue—especially for vegetarians—and the lack of accountability made it worse. On February 13th, we dined at Andhra Biryanis. We ordered one starter, kulcha, paneer, and fried piece chicken biryani. Unfortunately, my experience with the fried piece chicken biryani was disappointing, as it was served cold, having clearly been prepared earlier in the noon. After returning the dish, the staff merely reheated the same biryani in the oven and presented it to us again. This reflects poor management and subpar service.
