The experience at Anant South Indian Family Restaurant was extremely disappointing due to poor service and alarming hygiene issues. My concern started immediately with the visibility of dirty sauce bottles and grubby utensils, which strongly suggested a profound lack of attention to basic sanitation. Compounding this, the service was frustratingly inept; the staff completely ignored my specific instructions for the dosa preparation and ultimately served me the wrong dish. To make matters worse, they proceeded to charge me for the incorrect dish that they delivered, not the one I had actually ordered, and were unhelpful and dismissive when I questioned the error. Coupled with the unclear and confusing pricing of the dosas, this entire visit demonstrated a serious need for improved cleanliness and staff accountability at Anant.
