I recently visited AnTeRa Courtyard and ordered around 6–7 dishes. To be fair, except for one chicken starter, the food quality was good and met expectations.However, the entire experience was completely spoiled by the manager’s behavior, which was extremely rude, unprofessional, and unacceptable. The way he spoke to us was shocking. He made statements like “If you want to eat, eat; otherwise go out”, which is absolutely not how a customer should ever be treated.Such language and attitude reflect poor training and lack of basic hospitality etiquette. Customers come to dine with respect, not to be spoken to arrogantly. No matter the situation, a manager must handle guests politely and professionally. This kind of behavior gives a very bad impression of the restaurant, regardless of how good the food is.No customer expects to be treated as if they are doing a favor by dining there. Hospitality starts with respect, and sadly, that was completely missing here.Management should seriously look into this manager’s conduct, as it directly affects the restaurant’s reputation.Overall, very disappointed with the manager’s behavior. Good food alone is not enough when customer service is this poor.
