Very poor service and worst hospitality at Amroosh Restaurant, next to Up South, Viman Nagar, Pune.As we pre planned the celebration and booked a restaurant with a specific menu for lunch.In the summer season as expected cold water for drinking, no cold water was served. We outsourced cold water for us.There was no person for serving the food. Both my uncles who were guests helped us to serve the food.After Cake cutting we asked the manager to pack the remaining cake, he already threw the box of it in the waste box. He repacked the cake in the same box. And given it to us. One of my uncles noticed that the box was thrown.After returning home he told us this. So this is very unprofessional and unhygienic behaviour by this restaurant.I personally suggest not to visit or order any food from this place. Poor service and inhuman behaviour.
