Haven't had such an authentic amritsari kulcha in Bangalore before..reminded me of my visit to amritsar. Aloo onion kulcha was superb, all-in-one kulcha was bland for my taste. Chole could have been better. Restaurant and menu needs maintenance. I recently had the pleasure of dining at Amritsari Kulcha Land and indulged in two iconic North Indian delicacies: the Sarso ka Saag and the Chole Kulcha. Sarso ka Saag: A true winter special! The saag was rich, creamy, and slow-cooked to perfection, combining mustard greens, spinach, and bathua leaves to create a velvety texture. The earthy flavor was beautifully balanced with a hint of spice and a dollop of desi ghee, making it a comforting and nutritious delight. Paired with a warm, crumbly makki ki roti, it was an authentic Punjabi experience. Chole Kulcha: This dish was simply outstanding. Chole were tender and packed with robust, tangy flavors, thanks to a well-spiced gravy. The kulchas were crunchy, fluffy, buttered generously, and cooked perfectly in a tandoor. The combination of the spicy chole and the light, leavened bread made for a satisfying and truly mouthwatering meal. A fantastic experience that truly captures the essence of traditional North Indian cuisine. The flavors were authentic, the quality was high, and the portions were generous. Highly recommended for anyone craving a taste of Delhi or Punjab!". Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner Price per person: ₹800–1,000
