This was supposed to be a special surprise, and it turned into a stressful mess. I ordered a custom chocolate cake a day in advance, confirmed everything, and kept following up for payment details—which were never sent. At 3:45 PM on the day, I was told the cake wasn’t even started. They didn’t bother informing me or taking any responsibility. Instead, they casually offered a completely different cake with no delivery option. Their tone was dismissive and uncaring. I’ve never dealt with such an unprofessional team. Truly hurt and frustrated by the entire experience.
