Recently I have ordered a customized cake. It was for a special occasion in my office. The cake made was really nice , taste was very good and everyone in my office liked it very much and inquired about it. I would have given 5 start rating but had to reduce to 4 star only because of the delay. I needed the cake at 8:30am but, they made it ready only at 10:00am Service: Takeaway Meal type: Other Food: 5 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 5 Recommended dishes: Triple Queen

The Staff here are very Arragant and straightforward, they don't care for their customers. They keep talking in their language and chatting happily, but they don't have the same smiling face at their customers.very disappointed. I need a call back from the main owner and not from and manager or staff . Service: 1
