Place is not female friendly, Staff is so rude and ill mannered, earlier quality and taste was soo good but now it is totally trash in every was possible. I had a very disappointing experience at Amar Kitchen with the customer service. A staff member at the cash counter, whose name I believe is Balbir, was unprofessional and insulting when I requested an extra green chutney with my order. Despite the fact that I wanted to enjoy the chutney with my sweetcorn and soup, he flatly refused my request in front of other customers. This treatment was not only unnecessary but also very disrespectful. Customer service should prioritize satisfaction, and I expect better from your restaurant- AMAR KITCHEN - BHOLA NATH NAGAR - SHADHARA.
