I had specifically mentioned to send me extra sugar sachets but they didn't even send me one packet.

Visited a couple of times in the last two weeks or so, it appears that there is a real shortage of whipped cream in the market cause they are out of whipped cream all the time. It was not informed to me either that there is no whipped cream, I was directly served without whipped cream. Quality has really gone down in recent times it completely feels like a waste of money.
