I ordered pizza many times It was fresh and warm but this time it is very cold my child is unhappy.

Actually sir it is not our fault your delivery location was 10 kms away from our outlet and the delivery boy was not having the warm delivery bag that’s why the pizzas were not hot . We have complained about it to the Zomato authorities also. Please contact us for any other issues , will love to serve you again .
