Visited Alibaba and 41 Dishes in Thrissur yesterday with high expectations, and overall, it was a decent experience with a few notable highlights and a few areas that need attention. Firstly, the biggest drawback I faced was the parking. The space available is quite limited, and during peak hours, it was a real struggle to find a proper spot. For a restaurant of this popularity, better parking management is definitely needed. That said, once inside, the atmosphere was good — nicely set up interiors with a pleasant dining ambiance. The place had a lively vibe, and the seating was comfortable enough to enjoy a peaceful meal. Coming to the food, it was truly satisfying. The dishes had authentic flavours, and you could tell that attention was given to the ingredients and preparation. Everything we ordered was well-balanced in taste — not overly spicy, not bland. It lived up to the reputation when it comes to flavour. However, the service sector needs clear improvement. The staff were polite, but the coordination and promptness were lacking. There were noticeable delays in serving and attending to tables, especially with so many customers around. It didn’t spoil the experience entirely, but it did affect the flow of the meal. Well a lot of things were bad. Frequently visited this place cause it was near to my hotel during my visit in 1st week of July. 1. They missed giving any cutlery with food even upon request. (For takeaway) 2.Food is mediocre but over hyped and overpriced a bit. 3. They served water in broken glass, could have caused some serious injuries if I had not noticed it. 4. The bearded guy at the billing counter was quite argumentative. If you make a mistake u should accept it. Arguing doesn't help anyone. Rest of the staff were very generous. Waiters were attentive and well groomed. Overall not a bad place but needs serious improvements Service: Dine in Meal type: Lunch Price per person: ₹400–600 Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Pathetic experience from Alibaba , I ordered Alfaham Chicken 1/4 , they served me the uncooked smallest piece of Alfaham ever had in my life . It was so uncooked inside but outside of the chicken is completely burned . I think the chef don't know what he is doing. I informed them about the issue. ( The employees are always on the phone , you have to stand up and call for help like in a gov Choultry ) . Finally they replaced my chicken in 5 minutes. It was a nightmare again chicken outside burned but inside uncooked like blood stains inside. Inside the skin it was wet uncooked masala which was giving a bad flavour. I am a regular customer of Alibaba in Ernakulam panampalli nagar and Angamaly. Never faced somthing like this ever before. No food was served like this . Never ever Waited and called an employee to come and take my order. Never waited so long for food . Never received such a waste food( my stomach was upset after having food from there). Never saw all employees around the hotel on their phones . This is the main reason for less customers at thrissur. Attaching photos and videos for reference.
