Date of Visit: 02.10.2024 I had the worst dining experience at "Al Rehan" when I visited with my friend. From the start, the service was incredibly slow—the waiter didn’t take our order until 20 minutes after we arrived. While we were initially okay with that, things quickly went downhill with the food quality. We ordered crispy chilli baby corn and two plates of chicken biryani, and I was shocked by how bad it was. The biryani was drenched in oil, and you could literally taste the raw oil in every bite. The chicken was not only overcooked and hard, but also excessively salty. I felt nauseous after just a few bites. The chicken pieces were so salty that they were inedible. We complained to the waiter and asked for the dish to be replaced, but our complaint was completely ignored. It was clear that the restaurant has no understanding of customer satisfaction. To make matters worse, they still tried to charge us the full amount for the meal. After arguing with the staff at the cash counter, they reluctantly reduced only 50 rupees from the total bill. This is not how customers should be treated. Overall, it was a horrible experience, and I will not be returning. I would strongly advise others to avoid this place.
