Worst Experience – Avoid This Place! I had a very disappointing experience at this hotel. The Kuzhi Mandi was not cooked well, and the Mandi rice quantity was very less. I ordered Chicken Alfaham, but what I received was just boiled chicken with a little masala on it—completely different from what I expected and not cooked properly. The Mandi rice itself was hard and not boiled well, making it difficult to eat. The service was terrible, and the staff had a very bad attitude. They treat customers like they just want money, without caring about food quality or customer satisfaction. The AC was on, set at 16 degrees, but it didn’t work properly, making the place unbearably hot. The door was also closed, making it uncomfortable to eat. To make things worse, they served hot water that had a strong chlorine taste. The quantity of rice was too little, and the chicken pieces were small and mostly bones. Overall, this was one of the worst dining experiences I’ve ever had. I would never recommend this place to anyone—please avoid it! Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

I have never received such bad service even from a local thrift store. Not clean at all. The behavior was very bad. I had a terrible experience. Even when I commented about it, they didn't care. Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner Price per person: ₹200–400

Obviously I loved my best ever mandi at Wayanad. Here the menu is only with mandi but with different kind we tried peri peri alfaham mandi it was super tasty as well as super spicy if you are a lover of spicy food then you must try it hotel is just on the main road and having plenty of space for vehicle to park! Above all, they served us the food (lunch) at 4pm with a smiling face. Kudos Service: Dine in Meal type: Lunch Price per person: ₹200–400 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 4
