    I had a very disappointing experience at Al-Reem Hotel Kalpetta. Basic customer service was completely lacking during my visit. Even simple needs such as drinking water were not provided promptly, and we had to repeatedly ask for it. The food service was extremely delayed, and we ended up waiting far too long for our order to arrive. For a hotel that markets itself as a good place to stay and dine, the service quality was far below expectations. I hope management seriously addresses these issues, as guests deserve much better treatment.
