We were so excited that we don’t have to travel all the way to old Delhi for al Jawahar now! But the food was very pathetic and over priced plus the staff was so rude. We ordered kebab and Nihari both were so bad in quality. Nihari was not all tasting like Nihari, they put the meat in random gravy and just served us. The main guy was so rude to the customer. Will never recommend anyone for this place. Better travel to old Delhi for al Jawahar. The nihari is to try mostly Al Jawahar Restaurant in Delhi offers a decent dining experience, especially for those craving Mughlai cuisine. The ambiance is simple, with a no-frills setting, but it is comfortable enough for a casual meal. The food is flavorful, with popular dishes like kebabs, biryanis, and curries. However, while the taste is generally good, some items can be overly greasy, and the portion sizes could be more generous for the price. The service is fairly quick but can be inconsistent during peak hours. Overall, it's a solid choice for a quick, satisfying meal, though it doesn’t stand out compared to other local options.
