I visited Al Jawahar in GK-2 on March 2, 2025, at 10:25 PM and had a terrible experience. The staff at the counter was extremely rude. I have requested to put butter on my khamiri roti and even offered to pay for it, but the staff refused it, insisting that their SOP doesn't allow it. Instead of accommodating my request, he argued with me and spoke very disrespectfully. It’s shocking how they prioritize there SOP over customer satisfaction. I’ve never encountered such poor service at a dining restaurant before. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
