Search through the Chinese menu. You will like its food, especially good paneer, salads and naan. The staff is knowledgeable that's what makes this restaurant so nice. Fine service is something visitors agree upon here. Most people say that prices are reasonable for what you receive. There is charming atmosphere at Air Wings restaurant, as clients find it. But google users haven't given this place a high rating.

Anyway, we ordered Crispy Baby Corn, Kumbh Hara Dhaniya, one Kulcha, and two Butter Naans. After a long wait, we received our starter — Crispy Baby Corn. But it had a rotten smell and a weird taste — the corn had already gone bad before being cooked. When we complained, one of the servers picked up a piece of Baby Corn from the serving bowl, which had already been served. He then took the piece in his hand and placed it in his mouth. In my life, I have never seen a server take food from the serving bowl — already served — with bare hands and eat it! After eating/tasting it, he made a facial expression that, at least to me, was unreadable. He then took the Baby Corn back to the kitchen.
We wanted to order something else, but they kept insisting we take the Baby Corn again. If the Baby Corn was already rotten, how could they possibly give us good ones? We tried to order some other items from the menu, but they informed us that those were unavailable. So, we ended up ordering Paneer 65 as a starter, which we received.
After another long delay, we were served one bowl of Paneer Masala (or something like that), one bowl of Kumbh Masala, two Butter Naans, and two Masala Kulchas. This was not what we had ordered. We complained, and they were rude. One of the servers told us that we should have checked the order! We had a bad argument. They were literally blaming us as if we were lying. Then, we asked for the same server who had taken our order. He finally came and confirmed what we had actually ordered. They took back the Paneer item but told us that "Kumbh Hara Dhaniya" and "Kumbh Masala" were the same dish! There was no Hara or Dhaniya in it.
When we came out of the restaurant, I spoke to the staff at the hotel desk. I asked him if the restaurant was a part of the hotel. He said yes, it is. I asked him, "Where is your manager?" He told me that the manager was at home. I told him that we had eaten there and had a horrible experience. He showed no reaction and just said, "Okay." I understood then that it was pointless to waste any more time there.
To summarize we had the following experiences.
1. Bad environment with a loud noise.
2. Rotten food was being served.
3. Weird behavior of a server to eat food from the served bowl.
4. Items placed on the menu are unavailable.
5. They are asking us to take the item that we do not want.
6. They served us items that we did not order.
7. They were very rude and indicated as if we were lying regarding the order.
8. The staff at the desk did not have any issue knowing that we had a bad experience.
