During our recent visit to Agarwal Bhojanalay in Ujjain, we had a deeply disappointing experience that left us questioning the hygiene standards of the establishment. The food served to us was not only subpar but also outright unacceptable. To our utter shock, we found a strand of hair embedded in the papad, which was utterly unhygienic and revolting. Such negligence in maintaining basic food safety protocols is inexcusable, especially in a city renowned for its hospitality and culinary heritage. What made the situation worse was the lackadaisical response from the staff when the issue was brought to their attention. Instead of addressing the concern professionally, they seemed indifferent and offered no immediate resolution or apology. Dining out is supposed to be an enjoyable experience, but this incident left us with a bitter taste and genuine concerns about the cleanliness of the kitchen and food preparation practices. We strongly urge Agarwal Bhojanalay to take strict measures to improve their hygiene standards and ensure that incidents like this do not occur again. As a well-known establishment, it has a responsibility to uphold the trust and expectations of its patrons. Until such improvements are made, we would hesitate to recommend this place to anyone looking for a clean and satisfying dining experience.....
