On a long car ride back home, the man rerouted via Surya Nagar for grab-and-go grub. Turns out, Aggarwal Sweet Point was the only decent option available in the neighbourhood. A pay-first-and-eat-later mode, they serve multiple cuisines at designated alfresco stalls outside the restaurant. Looking at the rush at Pav Bhaji Stall, the man chose a portion of Pav Bhaji. Spotting the wet grinder in heavy-duty action at South Indian Stall, I came down in favour of Sambar Vada. Long story short, Pav Bhaji turned out to be superb and Sambar Vada was inedible. Vadas were rock hard, put together possibly a century ago. Sambar - too sour screaming that its been a few days old, Chutney - though fresh, was served straight from a pot in the fridge and the funny red Chutney was unfit for consumption. I am too stupid to look at the grinder and vote for South Indian cuisine, get it?
The food is good and you can find anything you want to have from samosa to pav bhjai to golgappe. I tried golgappe, pav bhaji and samosa and totally liked it but it is little spicy. But people who like spices will like it.
