Very bad experience we had faced. They didn't give back our deposit also they don't provide proper blankets.. they have gives us one blanket but that was also smelling bad. Didn't received call properly if received that person Sham pankchal he was not talking properly. He is so rude At time of check out he was not present there and on all he was saying we can't give ur deposit back we asked why the he is trying to make some stuff that we was never had. This review is about: Adrose Cottages & Family Restaurant colva AKA Colva guesthouse Rajat AKA Carolina Guesthouse AKA Adrose Cotttages & Family Restaurant Colva AKA Colva guest house rajat AKA Beach maria guesthouse & Apartment Colva I had booked 3 nights at Adrose Cottages & Family Restaurant colva, and was planning to spend that time looking for a place where I was going to spend about one month in Goa. Shortly after booking, I was informed that the place had changed its name to Colva guesthouse Rajat. I see that now a place with exacty the same location is called Adrose Cotttages & Family Restaurant Colva. Notice the slight spelling difference. I suspect they do this in order to get rid of bad reviews. I am sure that the owner also owns "Beach maria guesthouse & Apartment Colva" since they are using the same pictures in the ad. There were two things that were important to me when booking. Free WiFi, so I could look for other places. And A/C, so I would survive the nights. When I arrived, I was looking for the reception. But I was quickly told that there wasn't one. Despite the fact that they advertised a 24-hour front desk. There was however a caretaker there who didn't speak English. Despite the fact that they advertise many languages, including English. The only way to comunicate with him was through very basic sentences using Google Translate. I was also informed that they had no WiFi. But after an hour or so I was taken to a different place with the same owner, called Carolina Guesthouse. At that place they had WiFi in the rooms, but no A/C, so I decided to accept that. What I didn't notice was that while they had WiFi, the WiFi wasn't connected to the internet. And that would only be fixed the next day. The room I got also smelled distinctly of hashish. So I guess that tells you what clientel they are catering to. They were also advertising the following: Beach front, Private beach, View, ATM in the building, and hairdresser in the building. They had none of that. They didn't even have toilet paper.
