"My experience with Adil Biryani was quite disappointing, and I would rate it 2 out of 5. Despite clearly mentioning my requirements, the order did not include the requested items. The food quality was below average, and the packaging was so poor that it got damaged on the way. For the price charged, the service was far from satisfactory. The staff's behavior was uncooperative, and the seating arrangement was very basic. The billing process lacked transparency, which added to the disappointment. This restaurant urgently needs to improve its food quality, packaging, and customer service. After this experience, I am unlikely to order from here again and would not recommend it to others."
