This highly overhyped place. Though they call it beach resort it is not really a beach resort. You have to drive to beach by your own vehicle which takes around 5 mins. Service staff is good but the owner have made some useless rules. Rooms are spacious but bathrooms were small and not clean. Rooms: 3 Service: 2 Location: 3

Service and Food is too good We stayed in family AC room with 1 king size and 1 queen size bed Room was spacious but the interior was not so refreshing . Bathroom was having stinking drainage smell which is structural problem and i dont think its repairable Hemant who handles this property is very prompt and attentive Food is nice authentic kokani food Rooms: 1 Service: 5 Location: 5
