The owner and staff, all are ill tempered and ill mannered. Instead of listening to the complainant and rake the feedback to improve, they choose to debate, show inappropriate behaviour and ask people to rather not come for eating or taking the parcel. Since the owner himself is at denial mode what can be expected of their staff. Even on public forum like Google reviews, the owner chooses to deny any such experience held by many like me. We select a place for our regular orders like breakfast or snacks based on the taste first, but later came to experience their faulty order deliveries for which when one escalates the response is " Aapne galat order diya hoga, tabhi to aapko wo order mila hai!" Not once or twice, always one or two orders are mistaken and then the owner is at denial. Do we have so much of extra time, petrol and money to keep wasting on getting the mistaken order get corrected and instead of any corrections, get unprofessional and unapologetic behaviour from this shop! I recommend NO-ONE should patronise this outlet because the whole ream, stadf and owner are Rude, Unapologetically unprofessional and in bad taste! Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

I showed you the order receipt but in the end the mistake is always of the shopNot your that you come directly inside shouting like anything and throwing everything on me nobody will tolerate that mam and after that also i talked to you politely but you were not listening to me at all and shouting here and there Very good mamBut if my politeness hurt you i am sorry

The food preparation is very good but the staff as well as the cash counter person who must be the owner himself were very unorganised, rude, casual and even egoistic. They are not at all ready to understand the order placed, nor they take care of customer's requirements. They do whatever they want to do because they are unorganised and under staffed to fulfill the orders they get. They misbehave whenever there is any kind of negative feedback. Instead of accepting the faults they debate with the client if we chose to go back and point out the wrong or mismatch orders. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL, just because food taste is really good the success has got into their heads. Food: 5 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
