Not sure after how many hours this has been consumed sir ,parotta roti items to be eaten within 10-15mins from the time of preparation,when it is packed it is soft and fresh ..after a long delivery obviously it will be hard in nature .. Please do visit our restaurant to have it soft and fresh .. Patola and roti are made of maida which has the hardness quality after sometime if preparation
