The little things make a 5 star experience grand. Lots to learn for the staff, they must go to Ritz Carlton or any other lower star Marriott also is leagues ahead. Food was good, not excellent. It needed little bit more to take it, where it should be. We had the malai tikka, chicken was super succulent but lacked flavor! The Korma we tried was very subpar. Also the manager and staff are not at all accommodating unlike other Marriott properties where the customer is king is the definition of service. Won’t recommend this property at all. Much better service at Marriott Bonvoy even though it’s a lower star property, which is super unexpected. Staff needs more training in hospitality. Atmosphere was really lovely, but sadly won’t be dining here ever again. Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner Price per person: ₹2,000+ Food: 2 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 5
