I’ve been visiting this place for almost 3 years now it truly feels like a second home to me. Everyone here is so helpful and friendly, Ma Sha Allah. One of the best things about staying here is its proximity to ILBS Hospital that’s a huge advantage and one of the main reasons I chose this place. The staff are all amazing, and the atmosphere is always warm and welcoming. I especially want to thank Paban Bhaiya, such a kind and helpful person. May Allah always bless you! Very nice, safe, clean and homely place, especially for women travelling alone. Small but very elegantly decorated hotel. The food in the cafe especially the pizzas and coffee are superb. They also have a restaurant..it is small but serves some very delicious meals.

Worst Experience, Total Fraud with Couples We booked this hotel as a couple because the listing clearly mentioned ‘couples are allowed.’ But when we reached the property, we were shocked by the rude and insulting behaviour of the staff. They directly told us we cannot check in because we are not married. Instead of helping us or offering any solution, they arrogantly said, ‘Go talk to the website where you booked, not our problem. We felt completely humiliated standing . The staff treated us with zero respect, like we didn’t matter at all as if we were beggars asking for a favour. This is absolutely unacceptable for any hotel that claims to be in the hospitality business. If couples are not allowed, then why lie on the booking websites? This is clear cheating and false advertising. We wasted our time, money, and energy, only to be insulted and turned away at the gate. This hotel is unprofessional, disrespectful, and a total scam. Please don’t fall for their fake promises avoid this property at all costs.
