I finally got the chance to visit Ama Cafe in Dehradun and honestly, it lived up to the hype. The place has a really warm and cozy vibe, the kind where you can just sit for hours, relax, and enjoy good food. It’s simple, aesthetic, and feels very comforting. We ordered quite a few things and most of them were really good. The Piri Piri fries were a great start - crispy, well seasoned, and had just the right amount of spice. The Pesto Pasta was fresh and creamy with a nice basil flavour that wasn’t overpowering. For mains, we tried the BBQ Burger, Pepperoni Pizza, and Tandoori Chicken Pizza. The burger was juicy and filling with a nice smoky BBQ taste. Both pizzas were great - thin crust, good amount of toppings, and nicely baked. I especially liked the pepperoni one. Dessert was the best part. The Tiramisu was light, balanced, and not overly sweet. And the pancakes were soft, fluffy, and honestly the perfect way to end the meal. Overall, Ama Cafe is definitely a place I’d visit again when in Dehradun. Good food, great vibe, and a really comforting café experience. Maiden visit to Ama cafe yesterday afternoon proved to be a fruitful one . The juicy chicken burger lived up tp its name whereas the veg platter was sumptuous and something different from what is being served in other cafes, Lastly the good service rendered by waiter Sanjay was like icing in the cake .
