Service was very lousy, items were not brought on time , proper customer attention was not at all given, overall it was a worst experience. Staff had no idea what they were doing. Had to cancel a order due to bad timing. I request the management to look into the problem and resolve it as soon as possible We are regular customers here and visit here very often but this time our experience was very bad. Hope better sense prevails.

Alua is a legendary place rooted in Merces on the outskirts of Panjim. They've branches in sangolda and Verna. Please do try the restaurants attached to each venue they are as is: 1. Merces: OG Alua ( good seafood) 2. Verna : Korea (excellent Korean food and SOJU!!) 3. Sangolda: Yaki Zushi (superb sushi, ramen and Japanese whiskey/gin )

Worst service ever the manager don't have sense what to speak The staff is good but not the manager If your hungry you'll be waiting here forever we gave an order before reaching there and we reached and waited for 2 hours the manager is not accepting that other then that she is saying speaking rudely
